Meet the Team
Ailen - Founder & Director
Ailen is the visionary behind Like Paul, and has been ever since she first started the company over a decade ago. After cutting her teeth in the big, bright world of network television, Ailen began making films for friends on the side. That was the beginning of Like Paul. What Ailen loves most about video is its ability to engage people’s emotions and move them to action, which is the outcome she strives for with every project. When she’s not behind the camera, she’s probably working on the plan for her next house flip.
Mark - Cinematographer
As our cinematographer, Mark has been living and breathing video for as long as he can remember. What he loves about working in film is meeting new people, hearing their stories, and then having the opportunity to tell them through film. He’s traveled the world with a camera by his side, and has the stories to prove it. When he’s not on the job, you’ll likely find Mark working on perfecting the humble cheese toastie or exploring new places.
Serena - Video Editor
As our video editor, Serena joined the video industry after searching for a career where she could combine her passions for creative storytelling and meeting interesting people. Serena keeps things fun and relaxed in the office, but her skill in editing helps us consistently deliver creative, effective and moving pieces to our clients. She also wins the award for the most infectious giggle — tell a joke and watch it in action.
