We partner with our clients in one of two ways: ongoing or project based. Irrespective of how we work together, here are the steps you can expect once you engage us on your video.
We spend a good amount of time on this part. That’s because we want to make sure we really understand the problem you’re needing the video to solve. We’ll ask about your audience, the action you need them to take, any visual references you’d like to share with us, your key messaging and calls to action.
We script it and create the shot list.
We write a script that delivers on the brief — always keeping your objectives top of mind. We also create a shot list alongside the script that will help guide the filming process.
We film it.
On film day, we’ll capture a mix of compelling footage that will form the style of the video. Depending on the type of video we are creating for you, the footage we capture may include interviews with your team, your customers and your location, as well as your product or service in action.
We complete the first edit for your feedback.
This is the part where it starts to really come together. We’ll do a first edit and ask you to provide initial feedback. We’ll take the feedback you provide and incorporate it into the final edit.
We deliver your video.
This is the exciting part — we’ll deliver your final video to you, ready to be used across your brand’s channels and powerfully engage with your audience. You’ll receive the video in a range of different file sizes for use across different platforms.
Our typical turnaround time is 6-8 weeks from kick off, but generally we’re able to accommodate shorter timeframes if your project requires it.
